Description
This course examines the best OT practice and evidence associated with teaching methods and learning theories in community, clinical, and academic settings. Exploration of teaching tools and strategies across a wide range of practice settings based on consumer needs, contexts, roles, task demands, resources, and expected outcomes will be included. Foundational knowledge to create and prepare professional presentations and interprofessional teaching for classroom instruction, and clinical & community-based in-services are highlighted.
