Using the implementation model developed and researched in the VA as a case study, this course will examine the critical elements needed in a system designed for Whole Health. Students will learn how a Whole Health System can be operationalized while maintaining fidelity to the model, driving cultural transformation, and measuring meaningful outcomes. The course emphasizes an approach to transforming a healthcare system beyond mere incremental changes.
