OCTH 0636 - Doctoral Seminar I Description This course prepares students for doctoral studies, including an introduction to the doctoral capstone experience and project. Exploration and selection of doctoral project topics and experiences related to clinical practice skills, research skills, administration, leadership, program and policy development, advocacy, education, and theory development. Students will also apply principles of teaching and learning theory to educational elements of potential capstone projects. Students articulate the role of teaching and learning theory in a range of capstone project settings, including an academic setting.
