AY 1215 - Ayurvedic Meal Preparation (includes lab) Description This course will discuss general concepts of AHARA DRAVYAs in structuring an Ayurvedic diet. Students will learn various meal preparations for health promotion based on different body constitutions and imbalances. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in preparing Ayurvedic meals, understanding ingredient selection, and applying dietary principles in practical settings.
