SMS 520 - Application of Push Pull Movements Description This course will introduce students to strength and conditioning program design for athletes, specifically, incorporating pushing and pulling movements. This course focuses on exercise selection as well as intensity, frequency, and duration of exercise specific to various competitive sports.
