AY 2105 - Ayurvedic Basic Principles II Description
The course is designed to impart a deeper understanding of Ayurvedic fundamental principles. Students will learn various chapters from CHARAKA SAMHITA and ASHTANGA HRUDAYA SUTHRASTHANA to have an advanced understanding of Ayurveda Basic principles. Students will gain in-depth knowledge of DOSHA, DHATUS, SIRA, LASIKA, PESHI, KOSTA, ASHAYA, KALA, MANAS, ATHMA, AHANKARA and BUDHI. Students will also gain knowledge about GARBHA SHAREERA and PRAMANA SHAREERA. The course educates students about the cause and classification of diseases, movement of DOSHAS, the prognosis of the diseases and the components of Ayurvedic healthcare management.
