OCTH 0642 - Clinical Topics in Occupational Therapy Description This course builds on the foundational concepts in the Children and Adolescents, Occupation and Lifestyle Health course. Students apply knowledge of pediatric assessment and interventions to address complex and ethically challenging client scenarios and across diverse settings. Additionally, students develop personalized strategies for professional development and providing current and evidence-based practice. This course also prepares students to apply knowledge of teaching and learning theory to deliver pediatric course content in an academic setting. This course addresses curriculum threads of evidence-based practice, occupation-centered Care, occupation justice, and inter-professional collaboration.
