OCTH 0614 - Wellness and Lifestyle Health Description This foundational course provides an in-depth analysis of wellness and lifestyle health, one of the central curricular threads of the program. Learners will understand how wellness, wellbeing and quality of life are all tied to various dimensions of lifestyle health and occupation. The course is inclusive of evidence-based, occupation-centered care from the field of occupational therapy and related health-care disciplines. Ultimately, the importance of lifestyle health and lifelong learning will frame all the other intervention courses throughout the program.
