Description

Course Description and Relationship to Curricular Design:

This course prepares students to be leaders, managers, and advocates for the profession and society. Topics include program/business development, advocacy and economic factors that impact systems where occupational therapists practice. Students will learn approaches and strategies for legal and ethical management and supervision of others, including interprofessional collaboration. This course incorporates the pedagogical philosophy of the program, by actively engaging students in course content through the online platform.
