SMS 513 - Athletic Performance Design This course will focus on the principles of designing a training program with the goal of improving muscular strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, balance, stability, and hypertrophy qualities of athletes. Specific attention will be placed on incorporating these elements into an order of performance cycles (micro-, meso-, and macro-) with regular guidance of training variables to improve or maintain the skills of the athlete.
