HGEN 501 - Embryology and Human Development This course is an overview of essential concepts in gamete production, human egg fertilization, embryogenesis, human development, pregnancy, and delivery. Emphasis is placed on genetics and molecular mechanisms involved in embryo fertilization and embryogenesis in both normal and development as well as events that lead to pathogenesis.
