HGEN 507 - Online Resources for Research and Clinical Genomics There are immense information resources online for anyone involved in genomics. The sequence of the entire human genome is mapped and can be viewed from the chromosome level all the way down to nucleic acid sequences. There are numerous databases for transcriptional and metabolic pathways, genotype-phenotype relationships, and much more. In this course, the student is introduced to select online resources that are extremely valuable both in a research or clinical context.
