AY 2105 - Ayurvedic Basic Principles II The course is designed to impart a deeper understanding of Ayurvedic fundamental principles. Students will learn various chapters from CHARAKA SAMHITA and ASHTANGA HRUDAYA SUTHRASTHANA to have an advanced understanding of Ayurveda Basic principles. Students will gain in-depth knowledge of PANCHA MAHABOOTHAS, DOSHA, DHATUS, MALAS, PRAKRUTHI, SROTAS, SIRA, LASIKA, PESHI, KOSTA, ASHAYA, KALA, OJUS, MANAS, ATHMA, AHANKARA, BUDHI and GARBHA SHAREERA. The course educates students about the cause and classification of diseases, movement of DOSHAS, prognosis of disease, pathway for diseases, the components of Ayurvedic healthcare, more profound understanding of the health, diseases, and longevity.
